Project description

Full Mechanical Services refurbishment of existing building including the following:

  • Co-ordination of the new Mechanical & Electrical Services Installation using BIM 3D Modelling
  • Full new mechanical services installation to entire building including a full working Kitchen & Gym
  • Complete installation of an automatic motorised smoke/fire damper control system
  • Complete installation of a Cylon BACnet BEMS control system that manages the operation of the new building including the provision of BMS MCC panels and variable speed drives located in the plantroom.
  • Complete installation of water meters, gas meters and heat meters for energy monitoring via the BEMS control system
  • Testing and Enhanced Commissioning of all installed Mechanical Services

Project Achievements:

  • LEED Platinum Standard Achieved
  • 40% improvement in the building proposed performance rating compared with the baseline building performance rating
  • Reduced Water Consumption by 44%, now less than ½ of a similar Irish Office Building
