Project Description:

This project involved the installation of mechanical services systems throughout the 5,405 sqm,,five floor, VHI 360 Health Centre building in Carrickmines, Dublin. These systems encompassed the following:

  • Soils & Waste
  • Domestic Water Servies
  • LPHW Services
  • Gas/ Plant room upgrades
  • Chilled Water Services (CWS)
  • Air Conditioning (DX)
  • General Ventilation
  • Building Management System (BMS)
  • Protective Services

Project Achievements:

  • The team were awarded the Certificate of Excellence from the Considerate Constructors Scheme for continued high standards.
  • The project was successful in being shortlisted in the Fitout category for the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 2022.
  • Increased energy performance by the installation of new energy efficient equipment
  • Improved comfort conditions for building occupants through the installation of a modern BMS.
