Project Description:

This project consisted of refitting the existing mechanical services within the office building. The scope of work undertaken was as follows:

  • Utility Services.
  • Air Conditioning Services.
  • LTHW Space Heating Services.
  • Ventilation Services.
  • Domestic Water Services.
  • Above ground soils & Wastes Services
  • Fire Protection Extinguishers.

Project Achievements:

  • Large Reduction in Co2 emissions due to the replacement of gas boilers with heat pumps, this building is now completely disconnected from the gas network.
  • Improvements to buildings energy performance.
