Peter Lynskey
CEO

Peter joined Burlington Engineering in 1984 and worked in the development of the company from employing eight people at that time to today’s staff level of +90. In 1995 he became CEO and since then he has overseen the sustained growth of the company to the position of a market leader.

Terry Lynskey
Finance Director

Terry is Financial Officer at Burlington Engineering since 1993. Having graduated from UCD and worked in many large chartered accountancy practices, both London and Dublin, she has a keen eye for detail and an emphasis on building an effective team.

Frank Managan
Director of Operations

Specialising in the field of Building Services & HVAC, Frank has worked with Burlington Engineering for over 25 years. After working in facilities management for IBM Ireland. Frank returned to Burlington in 2003 to take up a management position in the service department and developed his role to become Director of Operations.

Seamus Carr
Director of Projects

Seamus has the academic qualifications to compliment his extensive experience in the industry. Seamus leads the Projects Department within Burlington and he provides a direct hands-on management style with the Project Managers, Project Engineers and site teams.

Brendan Murphy
Corporate Account Manager and Director

Brendan is a qualified Electrical and Building Services Engineer with a proven ability to lead teams and drive innovation in complex, multi-disciplinary environments. He holds a Diploma in ESG, along with the WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) and LEED Green Associate credentials. As a passionate advocate for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Brendan works closely with the Irish Centre for Diversity to help promote inclusive workplace practices.

Stuart Gaffney
Corporate Account Manager  and  Director

Stuart joined Burlington in 2016 – Starting his career as an electrician in 1994, Stuart went on to study HVAC design, Air Conditioning and gas installation, Health and Safety and Electrical Engineering – currently studying Energy Management Systems, Stuart is a people-focused and results-driven individual.
