Service Assist Maintenance Planner

Burlington Engineering has heavily invested in our own customised Maintenance Service Record computer based software system.

The software planner is located on our main server and can only be accessed by the appropriate administrators.

The main functions are:

  • Maintenance Information
    Information regarding each maintenance contract is input into the system. This information is printed out in report sheet format.
  • Service Visit Due
    At the beginning of each month every maintenance service visit due for that month are printed by the maintenance administrator. A copy of the previous maintenance report for that site is issued to the relevant Service Engineer. This report includes all items of plant to be serviced.
  • Maintenance Report
    Following completion of a maintenance service, the service report is returned to the office. The system administrator inputs the latest information and generates a report to be sent to the Client.
  • Service Report Format
    Each Service Report contain information relating to all items of plant including data readings such as power-absorbed currents, gas and water pressure readings, refrigeration pressure readings filter and belt changes etc.
    Every Service Report also includes a "Recommendations Page" that lists any faults/problems found with the plant that require remedial works.
  • Service / Maintenance & Report Tracking
    A maintenance report-tracking sheet is also generated by the system to ensure that each report is processed and sent to the client.

We operate a 24 hour call out service for all of our Maintenance Clients. As soon as the repair is carried out our Service Engineer notifies the Client.
